- Installation Details: Stone should be sealed before and after grouting with Miracle Sealants 511 Impregnator or 511 Porous Plus. Sealer should be reapplied periodically as needed. Clean the surface with a non-abrasive, mild and PH neutral cleanser such as Miracle Sealants Mirasoap; do not use bleach or acids. Shipping + Delivery
Small Parcel: Shipped via FedEx Ground (5–7 business days). Signature is optional upon request. Inspect your parcel upon arrival. If there is shipping damage, please reach out within 3–4 business days to allow for resolution.
Freight Delivery: Oversized items are delivered curbside only, unless arranged otherwise prior to purchase. This is not “White Glove Service,” meaning the driver will not assist inside the home. The carrier will call 24 hours in advance to schedule delivery. Please ensure we have your correct phone number and coordinate with the carrier directly for a smooth process.
