All product is priced below Waterworks List Pricing. Additional discounts as deep as 50-70% off are offered during monthly promotions with advertised promo codes.

Orders are typically processed and shipped from our East Coast warehouse in 5 business days.  Transit times can take up to 7-14 days. During holidays or large promotions, expect additional delays.

Your purchases ship as they are available, and may arrive in multiple boxes on different days. If anything affects lead times after you've placed your order, we will notify you.

We DO NOT offer any returns for our products. Should an item be received that was not like the description listed, please contact us and we will work with you. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We charge your credit card as soon as your order is placed. If anything prevents us from shipping your order immediately, we'll contact you and provide an option to wait for new stock or cancel and refund.

Our site does not manage your exempt status. If you are filed as exempt with Waterworks, the tax will be refunded upon locating your account. You will receive a notification along with a refund receipt.
