For oversized Shipments greater than 60lbs:
  • Please be conscious these will ship with a Freight Carrier- this process typically takes anywhere from 7-14 Business Days.
  • Shipping Freight helps to keep damage to parcels low.
  • Upon arrival of your parcel please inspect the shipment as all claims for damage and/or shortages must be reported within 3-4 Business Days. This timeframe will allow us to rectify a shipment that was damaged in transit.
  • All deliveries are curbside, unless otherwise specified prior to order placement.
  • Freight deliveries, as stated above, are Curbside, this is not a “White Glove Service” where driver will assist the product into the home.
  • The carrier will call 24 hours in advance to schedule delivery, please make arrangements directly with the freight carrier so the delivery process is smooth.
  •  If you have not provided us with an accurate phone number for delivery, please email us immediately with this information.
For Small Parcel Shipments less than 60 lbs:
  • Small Parcel Shipments will typically ship with Fed Ex Ground Service and require 5-7 Business Days to be delivered after the once tracking is updated in Ebay.
  • We do not require a Signature for our shipments, but we can have this arranged should you wish to sign for your order. Please contact us as soon as you place your order.
