I wanted to write to you to tell you about my wonderful customer experience with Crystal. She provided the highest level of service through my multiple large orders I placed. She was really terrific communicating and keeping track of all the changes we had to make.  She also helped facilitate returns, repairs, locate missing items - she really did it all! Our bathrooms, sinks, backsplashes and built-ins look fantastic and I credit Crystal with making them look as polished as they do. 

I have been so pleased with my experience and have recommended Luxury Bath For Less to other friends who are building a new home. Crystal really made all my ordering so much easier.

Where do I begin. I first got to know Crystal when I stumbled across the warehouse sale for Waterworks online. I happened to email customer service and Crystal responded. I wanted to purchase a powder room faucet for my own home that I was building and designing. One powder room faucet turned into a whole home of waterworks purchases thanks to Crystal and all of her help! She was attentive, responded fast and always helped me choose the right things for all of the rooms that we needed fixtures for.

Cut to 5 years later and now have a career in interior design and Crystal is the first person I go to for anything plumbing related!! She goes above and beyond to always help me find and get everything my clients and myself want. I am so happy to have met her and still be able to work with her!!!
