  • Tile should be installed by a licensed and experienced tile setter.

  • Waterworks recommends a grouted test panel prior to installation to understand final appearance of grouted material. Seal grout after installation and maintain regularly.

Shipping + Delivery

Small Parcel: Shipped via FedEx Ground (5–7 business days). Signature is optional upon request. Inspect your parcel upon arrival. If there is shipping damage, please reach out within 3–4 business days to allow for resolution.

Freight Delivery: Oversized items are delivered curbside only, unless arranged otherwise prior to purchase. This is not “White Glove Service,” meaning the driver will not assist inside the home.
