Stone Partnership 3/4 Pencil Liner in Gold

Although we sell tens of thousands of square feet of Lagos Azul, Benjamin Grey and Pietra Colombino each year without any problems, from time to time we find there are issues of deterioration when this material is used in wet areas – i.e. shower floors.  We believe this deterioration has to do with a chemical reaction that occurs between the oils in the soaps and shampoos, the minerals in the water and the minerals in the stone. This chemically induced reaction happens only occasionally, but, we have seen it occur.

FOR THIS REASON, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THE USE OF THE LAGOS AZUL, BENJAMIN GREY OR PIETRA COLOMBINO IN WET AREAS.
